RIM is now entering its third year of recruiting for its highly successful CA Training Program where students participate in a three-year rotational program within RIM Finance. In these structured trainee positions, participants will receive a range of progressively complex assignments and acquire practical work experience in the required CA competencies. This is a rare and coveted opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s most driven accountants while gaining invaluable accounting exposure outside of a traditional accounting firm setting.

Breadth competencies:
- Taxation
- Governance, Strategy and Risk Management
- Management Decision Making
- Finance
CA students must spend a minimum of 1/3 of their rotation gaining practical expenerence in one Depth of Experience competency (approximately 12 months).
The remaining approxiamtely 2/3 of the rotation must be spent in a minimum of two Breadth of Experience competencies (approximately 24 months).
