Process and Timelines

Throughout the year RIM will be visiting campuses to take part in career fairs and information sessions. Check out our campus events calendar, and be sure to come see us when we are in your neighborhood. Recruitment for our EMEA Industry Year student positions begins in mid-October. Once we receive all applications, they are screened by our Recruitment team, and selected candidates will move into the interview phase.

Typically, the interview process will take place in two rounds in February and March. The first interview will be conducted on-site by the Hiring Manager. Successful candidates will then be interviewed by the Vice President or Director of the Business Unit. After the interviews are concluded, offers will be made to students in March and April, and students who accept will begin the first day of work in June.
