Welcome to RIM Customer Support Operations in the Americas.
CSO Americas serves Canada, USA and South America. Our CSO operations are located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and in Waterloo, Ontario, next to RIM's Global Headquarters. From these two locations we provide best-in-class wireless support to the entire region. The Waterloo location is also home most of our CSO professional services roles.
