SuperWings Announces Support for BlackBerry in its Wireless Field Service Management Software

TOPSFIELD, MA - SuperWings, Inc., an emerging provider of wired and wireless solutions for field service management, today announced it has signed a BlackBerry ISV Alliance Agreement with Research In Motion Limited (RIM) (NASDAQ: RIMM; TSE: RIM). This agreement enables SuperWings to offer the Equipt ™ suite of software on BlackBerry Wireless Handhelds™.

The SuperWings Equipt suite of software runs on a range of BlackBerry Wireless Handhelds including the BlackBerry 5810™ and provides improved information flow that enables field service organizations to enhance their customer relations. Field Engineers using SuperWings Remote Console (RC) software can now plug a BlackBerry handheld into network hardware via a cradle to run diagnostics and service theequipment.

"With our communicator software module, we make it easier for Field Engineers to collaborate with dispatch and other engineers by adding instant messaging (IM), alerts and access to other wireless services.
