InterNoded Helps Attendees Stay Connected at the Greater Hartford Open; Corporate Sponsorship Enables Sponsors and Spectators to Enjoy Always On Always Available Mobile Email
InterNoded, a leading managed service provider and IBM Premier Business Partner, today announced that it is sponsoring the Greater Hartford Open, taking place July 21-27 in Cromwell, CT. Through the sponsorship, InterNoded is teaming with Research In Motion (RIM) to bring a unique wirele ss experience to the event in which sponsors and spectators will be able to communicate via email and receive real-time leaderboard information.
Using IBM's Lotus iNotes for the back-end, InterNoded will demonstrate its wireless offering, the InterNoded BlackBerry™ Advantage (IBA), at booth 25 in the Expo Village and will offer limited trial demos of BlackBerry devices for daily use during the event. InterNoded will also provide over 100 devices to Skybox sponsors and Fairway Club sponsors, enabling them to communicate between the skyboxes and suites to their colleagues watching the action on the course.
Further, InterNoded has elected to take its participation in the Greater Hartford Open one step further and donate a percentage of the proceeds from any event-related sale to the New England Women's Fund - a non-profit that increases opportunities for women through sports.
