Wireless Enterprise Symposium (WES), Chicago - Onset Technology, a leading developer of enterprise access software for wireless handheld devices, announced today a new suite of premium support options designed to provide the most reliable and secure performance possible for customers using METAmessage with the BlackBerry® wireless platform from Research In Motion (RIM) (NASDAQ:RIMM; TSX:RIM). The options are expected to be of particular interest to agencies deploying METAmessage capabilities for field inspections and dispatches, law enforcement database access, and continuity of operations (COOP) activities. Onset is showing its diverse product offerings for BlackBerry in booth 105 at RIM's Wireless Enterprise Symposium 2004 conference.
The new premium support options include the establishment of a support case liaison (SCL) who is personally responsible for proactively optimizing a customer's METAmessage implementation as well as responding, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, within 15 minutes to customer requests. Onsite consultations, special training, and customized software packages are also available as premium services.

All new support options include an SCL, live responses within 15 minutes 24/7/365, and unlimited software patches and upgrades. Custom options include:

- installation and setup services,
- flexible training programs, and
- software customization.
METAmessage for Wireless
METAmessage, used by over 1000 enterprise customers with over 100,000 users, is a complete, out-of-the-box solution for BlackBerry customers. In conjunction with the BlackBerry wireless platform, users can interact directly with a range of enterprise data systems including document management/time-and-billing programs, enterprise applications, and internally developed databases. The user simply opens a form on the handheld and either requests information from or adds information to the data source. Users can also print anywhere, including network printers; spell check outgoing messages; and, get network documents to send, read, or print. METAmessage also provides advanced Government, Legal, Field Service, Data, COOP/ER, and Voice solutions. METAmessage supports both BlackBerry Mobile Data Service and email-based connectivity.
