Contributor of Chinese Enterprises' Information Award
Research In Motion received this award in recognition of efforts in developing enhanced communication and information technology in China and their support of the CIO community. RIM was also recently awarded winners of "China Top CIO Award 2007", CEOCIO China magazine & IDC China. CEOCIO Magazine targets at CIO and CEO levels in China.

Business/Smartphone of the Year 2007
BlackBerry Curve was voted as the “Business / Smart phone” of the year 2007 by NDTV 24x7. There was a tough competition between Nokia E-90 Communicator and BlackBerry Curve for the honor. In the end, Blackberry Curve emerged as the number one mobile device in the category.

2007 CES Innovations Award Honoree
The BlackBerry Pearl was selected as an Innovations 2007 honoree in the Wireless Communications category. The BlackBerry Pearl was recognized for being a small, light, easy-to-use smartphone, complete with a trackball, digital camera, ultra bright screen, multimedia capabilities and expandable memory.

Computerworld Top 10 Products of the Past 40 Years
In July of 2007, Computerworld named RIM’s BlackBerry device as one of the Top 10 Products of the Past 40 Years. The BlackBerry smartphone was chosen for the impact it has had on the way IT people, users and businesses do their work.

SIIA Ten Most Significant eCommerce Developments of the Last Decade
In July of 2007, the SIAA named RIM’s BlackBerry device as one of the top ten developments that have had the most significant impact on eCommerce since the White House released the “Framework for Global Electronic Commerce” 10 years ago. The BlackBerry smartphone was chosen for making communication instantaneous, and mobile, thus increasing cooperation and efficiency.

2007 Small Business Computing Best Products of the Year
The BlackBerry® Pearl™ 8100 smartphone was chosen by Small Business Computing readers as the Best Product of the Year for Mobile Devices in 2007. The BlackBerry Pearl smartphone was acknowledged for its “tasty offering” that consists of phone, Internet browser, camera, multimedia player, organizer and e-mail capabilities.

2007 Datamation Product of the Year
The BlackBerry Pearl won the Datamation Product of the Year Award in the Handheld device category. Datamation readers voted the BlackBerry Pearl their favorite for its 1.3-megapixel camera, music and video player, expandable memory and mapping application.

Deloitte 2007 Canadian Technology Fast 50 Ranking
Research In Motion was ranked one of Canada’s 50 fastest-growing technology companies based on percentage revenue growth over five years. Deloitte launched the program a decade ago to celebrate the world-class achievements of the Canadian technology sector.

PC Magazine Editor’s Choice
Sascha Segan from PC Magazine awarded the BlackBerry Curve 8320 the PC Magazine Editor’s Choice award in September, 2007. Sascha called the BlackBerry Curve 8320 for T-Mobile “the carrier's best handheld for communication addicts.”

LAPTOP Magazine Editor’s Choice
LAPTOP Magazine’s Mark Spoonauer awarded the BlackBerry Curve 8320 4 out of a possible 5 Stars in September, 2007. Mark commented that the BlackBerry Curve 8320 is the best BlackBerry smartphone LAPTOP has tested--period.

PC Magazine Editor’s Choice
Jamie Lendino from PC Magazine awarded the BlackBerry 8310 the PC Magazine Editor’s Choice award in November, 2007. The BlackBerry 8310 received the award for its GPS capabilities, beautiful design, comfortable keyboard and trackball.
