BlackBerry Training Open Courses BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.0 Advanced Administration
On Friday, May 19th, at the Gaylord Palms Resort, RIM will be offering BlackBerry Training Open Courses. Designed for BlackBerry Enterprise Server software administrators, this course traces two data flows - message data and BlackBerry Mobile Data Service (MDS) data - dynamically through the system. Hands-on activities give learners the opportunity to assess BlackBerry Enterprise Server software component performance by configuring and generating log files at key points along the data flows. Learners will look at key troubleshooting areas and discuss possible resolutions and impact.
The course will be divided by platform; Microsoft® Exchange, IBM® Lotus® Domino® and Novell® GroupWise®. Each section will be limited to 15 students.
